Questions, answered plainly
Everything owners usually ask before requesting an audit. Anything else — email us at hello@receivaflow.com.
Is the AR Leak Audit really free?
Yes. The initial AR Leak Audit is complimentary and there is no obligation to purchase anything.
How do I book my AR Leak Audit?
Choose an available date and time through Google Calendar. After booking, Google will send your calendar confirmation and Google Meet details automatically. The audit is a focused 15-minute conversation over Google Meet, and the link is included in your calendar invitation from Google.
Do you need access to my bank account?
No. No banking credentials or card details are required for the free audit. Please do not enter passwords, banking credentials or other sensitive login information in any form on this website.
Do I need to change or switch accounting software?
No. ReceivaFlow is designed to work alongside your existing accounting system, including QuickBooks Online and Xero. Your ledger stays the single source of truth, and there is nothing to migrate.
Is ReceivaFlow a software product?
No. ReceivaFlow is a professional managed service. We don't sell software, a SaaS product, an app or a platform, and we don't ask you to install or log into anything. We do the AR work for you, inside the accounting system you already use.
What does ReceivaFlow cost?
Pricing is simple: a $1,250 one-time implementation and setup fee, then $349 per month for the ongoing managed accounts receivable service. No per-invoice fees, no percentage of collections, no software licenses.
Is ReceivaFlow a collections agency?
No. We manage the receivables process for current, active client invoices — reminders, follow-up, tracking and reporting. We don't do bad-debt recovery or collections-agency work, and we are not a law firm, tax service or audit/attestation service.
