ReceivaFlow is a professional managed accounts receivable service. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you provide through this website, including the contact form. The Free AR Leak Audit appointment is booked directly through Google Calendar, which manages your booking details, calendar invitation and Google Meet link under Google's own privacy practices.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we may collect your full name, business name, business email address, accounting system, and any additional notes you choose to provide. ReceivaFlow does not store or process your accounting records through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to assess and respond to your request, contact you about the Free AR Leak Audit or your inquiry, and assess whether our managed AR service may be a fit for your business. We do not use your details to send marketing newsletters you did not request.

What we do not ask for

We do not ask for, and you should never submit, passwords, banking credentials, card details or other sensitive login information through any form on this website. Any system access required after an engagement begins will be discussed and agreed with you during onboarding — never requested upfront.

Data retention
