About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ReceivaFlow website, the contact form and the Google Calendar appointment schedule used to book the Free AR Leak Audit. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

The service we provide

ReceivaFlow is a professional managed accounts receivable service for businesses that invoice customers. We help establish and manage a structured accounts receivable process — including aging review, prioritization, customer follow-up, escalation and reporting — working alongside your existing accounting system. ReceivaFlow is a managed service, not software, a SaaS product, an app or a payment-processing platform.

No guarantee of payment or collection

ReceivaFlow does not guarantee the payment or collection of any invoice, and does not guarantee any specific financial outcome. We bring structure, consistency and visibility to your receivables process. Any engagement for ongoing managed AR services is subject to a separate written agreement.

Not a collections agency, law firm, tax or audit service

ReceivaFlow is not a debt-collection agency, a consumer debt collector, a law firm, a tax service, or an audit or attestation service. We manage the receivables process for current, active customer invoices. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

Pricing

Where displayed on this website, pricing is indicative: a USD $1,250 one-time implementation and setup fee and USD $349 per month for the ongoing managed accounts receivable service. Secure payment instructions are provided after proposal approval. No checkout or payment is required to book the Free AR Leak Audit.

Booking the Free AR Leak Audit

The Free AR Leak Audit is booked directly through Google Calendar. After booking, Google will send your calendar confirmation and Google Meet details automatically. You must not submit passwords, banking credentials or other sensitive login information through the Google Calendar booking process.
